If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We check every item before dispatch but if you are unhappy with anything you receive, please do email us immediately and let us know.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn and in brand new condition with original packaging intact and the original labels attached). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items.
Returns & exchanges received outside the time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Exchanges/Refunds (If Applicable)
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you; All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.
We have the right to deny your return if it is deemed to be damaged.* This could for example mean that:
- The product is packed in a manner that makes it impossible for us to return it to its original state
- The product is stained/damaged in a way that must have been done by the customer
- The product is sent in inadequate packaging and damaged in transit
- The product is washed
